Day 1
You’ll settle into one of Athens’ iconic neighbourhoods: romantic Plaka, with its charming cobbled streets; authentic Monastiraki, home to its famous flea market; or elegant Kolonaki, a favourite among locals.
You’ll then set out to discover the historic centre on your first captivating stroll, starting at the impressive Syntagma Square, home to the Greek Parliament, before following Ermou Street, the city’s main shopping avenue where modernity meets tradition.
Lose yourself in the picturesque streets of Plaka, a true journey back in time at the foot of the Acropolis.
End your first day in Athens with dinner at a traditional taverna in the lively Psyrri neighbourhood, where you can savour some of Greece’s most delicious local specialities.

Day 2
Today, discover the magnificent Parthenon, the temple dedicated to Athena, the elegant Erechtheion with its famous Caryatids, and the Theatre of Dionysus, where Western theatre was born.
After this journey through thousands of years of history, enjoy lunch with an exceptional view of the ancient site at one of the refined restaurants along Dionysiou Areopagitou.
In the afternoon, continue with a visit to the Acropolis Museum, a must-see contemporary museum housing the archaeological treasures of the site within a striking modern setting.
End the day on one of Athens’ spectacular rooftop terraces, where you can enjoy a drink while admiring the illuminated Acropolis.

Day 3
Start your day with breakfast in the chic neighbourhood of Kolonaki, an elegant district popular with Athens’ intellectual and creative circles.
Then climb Mount Lycabettus, the highest point in Athens, for breathtaking panoramic views over the Greek capital and the sparkling Aegean Sea stretching into the distance.
In the afternoon, explore the alternative neighbourhood of Exarchia, a vibrant hub of Athens’ artistic and cultural scene, with independent galleries, bookshops, and bohemian cafés. Alternatively, unwind among the shaded paths of the National Garden, a peaceful green oasis in the heart of the city.

Day 4
Enjoy a day of escape with a boat trip to the idyllic islands of the Saronic Gulf. Set sail for one of the Aegean Sea’s gems: Aegina, famous for its pistachios and the ancient Temple of Aphaia; elegant Hydra, known for its whitewashed houses and car-free streets where donkeys are still used for transport; or picturesque Poros, where pine forests slope down towards crystal-clear waters.
Take time to relax with a swim in turquoise waters, enjoy a delicious seaside lunch overlooking the island scenery, and explore traditional villages with cobbled streets and authentic tavernas.
Return to Athens in the late afternoon via the legendary ports of Piraeus or Mikrolimano, and end this memorable day by the sea with dinner at one of the harbour’s restaurants.

Enjoy your final hours in Athens at your own pace, whether you're strolling through the city or doing some last-minute shopping.
History enthusiasts may prefer to visit the impressive Temple of Olympian Zeus, an ancient colossus whose majestic columns have towered over the city for more than two millennia.
Before your transfer to the airport, savour one last taste of Greece with an authentic Greek coffee, accompanied by delicious local pastries.
