Head to the Howth Peninsula, just 30 minutes by train, where you'll discover a spectacular coastal trail, a picturesque fishing harbour and perhaps even spot a few seals along the way.
Alternatively, venture into the Wicklow Mountains, known as the “Garden of Ireland”, with their wild landscapes, crystal-clear lakes and the atmospheric monastic site of Glendalough.
Whichever option you choose, enjoy fresh seafood by the coast or a picnic surrounded by nature.
