Tailor-Made

Here is the itinerary we designed day by day

1

Day 1

As soon as you arrive at Edinburgh Airport, let yourself be swept away by the magic of Scotland as you make your way to your accommodation. Your adventure begins straight away with your first exploration of the legendary Royal Mile, the city's iconic thoroughfare stretching between Edinburgh Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

Wander through the maze of picturesque closes and cobbled streets, where local craft shops and centuries-old pubs invite you to discover the authentic spirit of Edinburgh.

In the evening, savour some of Scotland's traditional specialities, from classic haggis and crispy fish and chips to locally brewed craft beers made using time-honoured recipes.

2

Day 2

Your second day begins with a visit to the majestic Edinburgh Castle, the city's iconic fortress perched dramatically on Castle Rock. Wander through its ancient walls and discover a thousand years of Scotland's turbulent history, from centuries-old fortifications to the Scottish Crown Jewels.

In the afternoon, choose between a cultural immersion at the National Museum of Scotland, a treasure trove of Scottish heritage, or a romantic escape to the enchanting Dean Village, with its stone houses and picturesque bridges spanning the river.

The adventure continues with a gentle hike up Arthur's Seat, the ancient volcanic peak offering breathtaking 360-degree views over Edinburgh and the surrounding countryside. At the summit, take in the spectacular panorama as the historic city unfolds below, from the rooftops of the Old Town to the shimmering waters of the Firth of Forth.

3

Day 3

Today, escape into the heart of Scotland's wild landscapes for a full day exploring the legendary Highlands.

You have two adventures to choose from. Discover the magnificent Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, where gentle hikes, postcard-perfect villages and unspoilt landscapes create an idyllic setting.

Or venture into the spectacular Highlands and the dramatic Glencoe Valley, a breathtaking landscape that has inspired the world of Harry Potter. Continue to the famous Glenfinnan Viaduct, crossed by the Hogwarts Express in the films.

Return to Edinburgh in the evening and continue your Scottish experience with dinner at your leisure, or immerse yourself in the country's musical traditions with live folk music in a traditional pub, where bagpipes and Celtic ballads fill the air late into the evening.

4

Day 4

Begin this penultimate day with a refreshing morning stroll through the beautiful Princes Street Gardens, a peaceful green oasis in the heart of the city. Then wander through the elegant Georgian streets of New Town, an architectural masterpiece dating back to the 18th century, renowned for its harmonious facades.

In the afternoon, choose between exploring the prestigious Palace of Holyroodhouse, the official Scottish residence steeped in royal history, or enjoying some shopping along colourful Victoria Street, said to have inspired Diagon Alley in Harry Potter.

Continue your stroll through the city's specialist shops, searching for authentic tartans, Scottish tweed and locally crafted goods.
