Starting from Oslo, this itinerary takes you through the heart of southern Norway. Ride some of the country’s most spectacular roads, cross majestic fjords by ferry, and discover iconic locations such as Lysebotn, the legendary Suleskardvegen and the stunning shores of the Hardangerfjord.

Your Adventure, Step by Step

1

Day 1 : Oslo

Welcome to Norway! Upon arriving in Oslo, take some time to explore the Norwegian capital, easily discovered on foot. Wander through the striking Opera House district, stroll along the vibrant waterfront at Aker Brygge, explore the lively streets of Karl Johans gate, or visit the renowned Vigeland Sculpture Park. It's the perfect introduction to Scandinavian culture before your motorcycle adventure begins.

Day 2 : Oslo/Bø - 220 km

Today, your motorcycle adventure truly begins. Leaving Oslo behind, the urban landscape soon gives way to Norway's vast forests and the rolling roads of the country's southern region.

Ride through Kongsberg, the historic silver mining town renowned for its rich heritage, before following the scenic backroads of the Telemark region. As the kilometres unfold, sparkling lakes appear one after another and the roads become increasingly winding, offering an unforgettable riding experience.

By late afternoon, you'll follow the shores of the beautiful Norsjø before arriving at your accommodation, peacefully located on the waterfront.

Day 3 : Boucle de Rjukan - 180 km

Today is dedicated to a spectacular loop through the heart of the Telemark region.

The route winds through peaceful valleys, dense forests and mountain landscapes before reaching Rjukan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its remarkable industrial history and overlooked by the vast plateau of the Hardangervidda.

The return to Bø follows a collection of scenic backroads that are particularly popular with motorcyclists, offering an endless series of sweeping bends and classic Norwegian scenery.

Day 4 : Bø/ Sirdal - Environ 220 km

Today, head towards the mountains of southern Norway.

This stage gradually leads you onto one of the highlights of the journey: the legendary Suleskardvegen. Open only during the summer months, this spectacular mountain road winds through rocky plateaus, alpine lakes and untamed wilderness.

As you climb higher, the scenery becomes increasingly dramatic, with breathtaking views around every bend. For many riders, this is one of the most enjoyable and rewarding days of the entire trip.

By late afternoon, you'll arrive in Sirdal, a charming mountain resort surrounded by pristine landscapes.

Day 5 : Sirdal/Stavanger - 120 km

Today's stage is shorter, but undoubtedly one of the most spectacular of the journey.

Ride the legendary Lysevegen, famous for its dramatic series of hairpin bends descending to the village of Lysebotn, nestled at the end of the magnificent Lysefjord.

After this unforgettable descent, board a ferry to cross the fjord. This iconic crossing offers breathtaking views of towering cliffs and the spectacular landscapes that make this region of Norway so famous.

The journey then continues to Stavanger, a charming coastal city renowned for its picturesque Old Town, with its beautifully preserved white wooden houses.

Day 6 : Stavanger/Vossevengen : 280 km

Set off once again along the breathtaking fjords of western Norway.

Today's ride combines scenic roads, ferry crossings and some of the country's most iconic landscapes, making for another unforgettable day in the saddle.

You'll then cross the spectacular Hardanger Bridge, suspended high above the magnificent Hardangerfjord, before continuing to Voss, one of Norway's premier outdoor adventure destinations, surrounded by mountains, rivers and pristine nature.

Day 7 : Vossevengen/Oslo - 325 km

For your final day on the road, you'll once again ride through some of Norway's most spectacular landscapes, passing through Eidfjord and across the vast mountain plateau of Hardangervidda.

Scenic roads wind through mountains, valleys and forests before gradually leading you back towards the Oslo region.

Return your motorcycle before your flight home, taking with you unforgettable memories of a week spent riding some of Norway's most beautiful roads.
