Madagascar 4×4 Adventure
Discover Rajasthan like never before on this unforgettable 4×4 expedition through the heart of India’s largest state. Designed for travellers seeking authentic adventure, this journey follows the region’s finest forest tracks, mountain trails and rolling sand dunes, offering the perfect way to explore Rajasthan beyond the usual tourist routes.
Beyond the off-road adventure, the itinerary allows plenty of time to discover Rajasthan’s extraordinary cultural heritage. Depending on the group’s interests, you’ll visit magnificent forts, royal palaces and ancient temples while travelling through the spectacular Aravalli Range. These ancient mountains reveal a remarkable variety of landscapes, from wildlife sanctuaries and shimmering lakes to rocky hills, remote villages and endless desert scenery.
From silent desert tracks to the palaces of the Maharajas, experience the true spirit of Rajasthan.
Along the way, regular chai breaks in rural villages provide genuine cultural encounters, including visits to beautifully carved Jain temples and traditional norias—historic water-lifting systems still found in parts of rural Rajasthan. Accommodation has been carefully selected to enhance the experience, with elegant heritage hotels and beautifully restored historic residences offering refined local cuisine, swimming pools and wellness facilities after each day’s adventure.
From Mandawa, capital of the Shekhawati region, famous for its richly painted havelis, the journey continues to Jaisalmer, the legendary Golden City, where you’ll explore magnificent desert forts before spending an unforgettable night beneath the stars in the Thar Desert. The adventure then leads through Rajasthan’s great imperial cities—Jodhpur, Udaipur and Jaipur—before ending in Agra, where the magnificent Taj Mahal, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, provides the perfect finale to this extraordinary journey.
